Hughes Public Affairs is a respected and well-connected public affairs
firm in Atlanta and Savannah. Our mission is “Building Bridges to
Georgia Government.” Our firm has significant experience and a history
of success assisting our clients with Georgia legislative and
regulatory needs at the local, state and federal levels.
Lee Hughes founded the Hughes Public Affairs in 2005. A native of
Chatham County, Lee has over 21 years of experience at the Georgia
Capitol and a long track record of working effectively with members of
both political parties in the Georgia Senate, House of Representatives
and the Executive Branch. In 2007, Amy Hughes joined the firm as
Managing Partner. Amy has over 18 years of experience working on
public policy issues at the state and federal levels. Both partners are
experienced lobbyists, knowledgeable concerning federal, state and
local governmental processes, well connected with an extensive network
of contacts in state government, and driven to succeed.
